We collect information you provide directly, including name, email, recipient phone number, shipping and billing addresses, delivery instructions, payment details, transaction information, device data, usage data, and analytics data. If you choose “Use current location” and grant permission, we also collect the precise latitude and longitude needed to resolve and validate your delivery address.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to verify delivery coverage, select the correct service area, show location-specific availability and delivery estimates, fulfil orders, communicate with you, provide customer support, improve our products and services, and comply with legal obligations. Precise location is not required: you may use a postal code or enter an address instead.
4. Location Sharing, Storage, and Control
Delivery coordinates and address details are sent to Luxe Lines and may be shared with mapping, geocoding, and delivery providers solely to support the delivery experience. A guest delivery selection may be retained on the device for up to 30 days; cart, address-book, and order records may be retained as needed for service, legal, fraud-prevention, and accounting purposes. You can change or clear the active delivery location in the app or website, delete saved addresses from your account, and manage GPS permission in device or browser settings.
